Positive: I really enjoyed my stay! The family running the hotel were so kind and friendly, I was travelling alone and they would always make the time to ask about my day and give me recommendations of where to visit and tips to make the most of my time in Germany. The room was large and spotlessly clean. The desk was large and great for working on my tablet and keyboard setup in the evening. Excellent wifi, good temperature in the room and the hotel was nice and quiet. The bed was really comfortable. Bathroom was great, lots of space and the shower was lovely. Photos are accurate. The hotel was secure and the location was excellent - walkable into the city centre and Hbf, but also very close to a U-bahn stop by the church, and Dusseldorf Bilk for using the S-bahn and R trains. I would definitely stay here again if I visited Dusseldorf. Thank you Chedeok Pae for a lovely holiday and the morning coffee!

Negative: Only tiny improvement would be including a kettle by default in the room (but think this is a very British thing)

Summary: Lovely welcoming staff, large clean room, excellent location - will stay again!
