Summary: Unfortunately, my stay had some issues. 1. The bed was well made; however, housekeeping, apparently forgot to sweep the floor, 2. They need to fix their lock system… It was very difficult to get into my room each and every time and on one occasion I had to go to the front desk for help. 3. I had no hot water in the morning. In discussions with the staff, this is a common issue for early showers. 4. The air conditioner was leaking water unfortunately this was on my shoes. Per the staff, I should not have used the air conditioner. (seriously that’s what they told me) I thought about not leaving a review however, when I exited the hotel, another guest followed me out and said that they had heard everything that I had said at the front desk and they had pretty much the exact same experience
