Summary: Very friendly and helpful staff. :) It made our visits easier as well as more enjoyable. Our room was very clean and that really was my priority. The atmosphere of hotel was quite cozy as it was on the smaller side, colourful/vintage-y interior and familiar staff members to interact with.
