The Domaine is ideally located 10 minutes from the Avignon ramparts, the Popes' Palace and the famous Avignon Bridge, 7 minutes from Avignon airport and 20 minutes from the TGV train station.
The building dates from the 19th century and is located on a 5000 m2 property, where our main residence is also located. The two houses are completely independent.
It has been tastefully restored in 2014 in a contemporary style but retaining its charm. It houses a large living room, a lounge with television, a fully equipped kitchen (induction hotplate, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, fridge, wine cellar, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster), daytime toilets, and upstairs, 3 bedrooms with bathroom (Italian shower) and private toilets, flat screen television.
The house is fully air-conditioned, equipped with a home automation system and a music server.
All the rooms are equipped with a double bed (2 beds in 180, 1 bed in 160).
For your comfort, we provide linen: sheets, towels and bath towels for the swimming pool.
Outside, you can enjoy a large garden, eat in the shade of the terrace, treat yourself to a moment of relaxation in the swimming pool with submerged beach (heated from May to September), or enjoy the jacuzzi (all the year).
You will have the opportunity to play a game of "pétanque" on the bocce area, play ping-pong (ping-pong table and rackets available to vacationers), or discover the surroundings by bike (bikes available).
