Summary: The check in staff didn't acknowledge me until I said check-in to which I was told 3:00pm. Didn't offer to keep my bag. The bed was the worst. I slept on top of the comforter trying to provide some cushioning. The bed was hard with coils or bars making harder spots. The pillows were solid too. Rough idea on how to use the washing machine would have been nice.
