Positive: Location was convenient for what we were doing in London. It was far quieter than I expected as it looks out on back gardens of other houses. Although very basically furnished it was clean and tidy. Good instructions to access property.

Negative: The photos are completely misleading in terms of the presentation of the apartment. They make it look far bigger and more comfortable than the one we stayed in (first floor at top of first flight of stairs. The double bed is very small. The sofa bed was almost impossible to sleep on due to collapsed centre of the bed with a sag of amost 10 cm between the two sections. The front door to street does not lock. The description mentions an inner courtyard. There is no inner courtyard.

Summary: Convenient for our purposes but not somewhere I would particularly like to revisit.
