Summary: The appartement is on the first floor of an old barn and looks very nice. Everything was clean and well stocked (enough plates and glasses and for example salt, pepper, coffee and tea). The only small downside for me were the pillows (the were very flat) and the fact that there was no curtain in the bedroom. In the surrounding area there is a lot to do: you can for example visit Burg Eltz, Koblenz, Cochem and Burg Thurant in Alten. And if you like whine: visit the 'vinothek' in Winnigen, cosy little place. In short: a good place to spend a week or so.
