Summary: The room layout and staff were great but the thing that let down the whole experience the most was how echoey the staircase was and leading to the sound being heard in the room. For any light sleepers this is a huge problem as I experienced 3 times in the night where people came in screaming and I heard it from the 4th floor, almost in panic mode as people at one point sounded quite horrified. The bin was not emptied either
