Summary: Patricia and Joe's home is a lovely place. It's situated up the hill from Lake Wallenpaupack. The view is just beautiful. The home is well stocked and furnished. My friend and I stayed for a weekend. We found everything we needed to enjoy a weekend in - including pots and pans for cooking. There's a treasure trove of games in the trunk in the living room. The woodstove is glorious. The front porch is heated and so cozy!There were still Christmas decorations there, so we got to enjoy a little tree with lights too. TV is smart, so you can login to whatever streaming you have. It's about a 20 minute drive into Hawley, which is the nearest town/supermarket.The road to the house is a little steep, and my little Honda had some trouble getting up the hill on the ice to depart, but we made it!The owners were great with communication. They made our stay very easy and comfortable.**The only thing I'd suggest to improve would be the twin mattresses. They're all pretty dated and uncomfortable.
