Summary: The room/apartment was clean and smelled strong of cleaning products. The towels smelled too much of chlorine, which is both good and bad. It was also convenient to have all the stuff we need to make food in the room. Generally, no complains about the room. However, we extended our stay for one night and on our last night, my husband got stuck in the lift for more than half an hour. The staff were helpful assisting us but the only compensation offered was a room upgrade and free breakfast, which we didn't avail of since it would have been an extra hassle to move rooms and we left really early the next day to catch our flight. We haven't been contacted since we left.
