Until May 2017, the house was extensively renovated and completely refurbished and was awarded by the German Tourism Association with the highest rating of 5 stars.
Each of the 3 bedrooms on the first floor has its own new bathroom, a box spring bed and a 40 "flat screen TV. Other 3 bedrooms on the second floor have a private bathroom.

Summary: This houee is perfect for a large group! There is plenty of room for lounging and our group of 11 could all eat at the table together. It has an exceptional outdoor seating area and the sauna is a plus, for sure. There is a nice little outdoor bar right next door and the owner is very friendly. But I think the best part of the house is that, not only are the bedrooms, beds and bed linens very comfortable, we all had our own bathrooms! That is a real plus when a large group is trying to all get ready at the same time! We have never had that luxury in any of the international home rentals we have gotten in the past. The manager, Nadja, was so helpful and responsive, too. All of us highly recommend this home. Our only complaint is that we couldn't stay there longer!
