Summary: I’ve stayed here many times before, but this recent visit was very disappointing. I booked the same type of room as usual (2 bed, 2 bath), but the space was much smaller compared to my previous stays. The shower booth was tiny, and the shower head couldn’t be adjusted. It sprayed directly toward the door, leaving water all over the floor after even a quick shower. The pillows were the worst I’ve ever seen. They were completely flat, almost like folded bed sheets. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory experience and I would choose to stay somewhere else in the future.
