Summary: They say children are free to stay but we had to pay extra for a cot and a child’s bed. Plus I thought parking was included but it was £12 a day which we couldn’t afford. The room was really small so even though it was meant to be a big room, there was no floor space with extra beds which is fine but nothing like I imagined from the pictures. One left wasn’t working and the other was slow. The stairs are external fire stairs so you feel like you are in a multi storey car park. The jacuzzi was broken but we weren’t informed. The pool is very small plus they have baby lessons in there at weekends so there is only space for one other room or a couple of people and locals can pay to use it. The changing room is as big as a family changing room! The pool and showers were lovely and warm when we were there though. It is not an accessible as random staircase to pool. Food was fine but nothing tasted delicious. It really helped that children’s breakfast was free though, made up for all the extras with beds and parking. We enjoyed our visit as people were nice and decor of the room was nice and it was convenient for visiting our friends. It was however not worth the cost and I don’t want to go back.
