Our non-smoking house is completely modernized and almost barrier-free with wide doors and passageways. It has a climate-air heating, which ensures a healthy indoor climate. On the ground floor is a guest toilet with free hanging toilet with ironing, a fully equipped kitchen (not wheelchair accessible), in addition with washer and dryer, living and dining room with satellite TV and access to the garden with patio furniture. The staircase in the hall, which is also equipped with a chair stair lift, leads to the first floor. Here is a barrier-free bathroom with shower / WC, two double bedrooms with 1.40 m beds and a bedroom with two beds (height adjustable), a wheelchair and a shower wheelchair. In front of the house there is a large parking space and a covered terrace. A garage for storing bicycles with electrical connection for e-bikes or scooter mobile. The whole house is threshold-free up to 2 cm each at the entrance and the patio door. The house is located in the heart of Trittenheim on the Mosel with all amenities in the immediate vicinity (supermarket, bakery, butcher) and many restaurants and taverns. The area is ideal for hiking, cycling or a boat trip on the Moselle. Pets are not allowed.
