Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The bed was comfortable the location is good its near the town centre

Negative: The address is wrong to what it says! So we had difficulty finding the place! We tried to ring the mobile number just to be told that number was no longer available!! After 2 emails eventually they called back on a different number with instructions by then we had booked another bnb! Because we didn't want to have no where to stay and we had driven for 2 hours to get there! For which we won't get a refund!! There was a kettle but no tea n coffee, no towels, no toilet paper, so we couldn't have a shower and had to go to Costa for a coffee in the morning. The windows wouldn't close properly and with no heating on it was cold and drafty with lots of traffic noise all night!
