The space

Entrance: Enjoy the beveled windows and unique woodwork of this home as you make your way to the back entrance. While this home boasts two entrances, guests can enjoy the convenience of the back entrance, which is equipped with a keypad lock. Enter the number we provide, and you'll open the door to find cheery whimsical wallpaper throughout the staircase, leading you past the apartment my wife and I share to the private upper guest apartment at the top of the stairs.

Living Room: Central to this apartment is its living room, where vintage Hitchcock movie posters adorn its walls, and a classic Daytona space heater fills the air with warmth and character. Just because you're on vacation doesn't mean you need to miss out on your favorite show/movie! Access your Netflix, Prime, HBO, or viewing platform of your choice on the 42" Roku TV, then sit back and enjoy our complimentary popcorn as the perfect movie snack!

Bedroom: When you've officially exhausted yourself from the countless sights and attractions of the Buffalo/Niagara area, retreat to the bedroom, where a comfortable queen bed beckons. Grab your latest read, but chances are you won't get far as this bed will whisk you away to dreamland. If you find yourself staying here during Buffalo's winters, extra blankets and an electric stove will ensure your warmth through the night.

Kitchen: Coffee is in no short supply here! While all the locals drink theirs from the ubiquitous Tim Horton's coffee shop, you may elect to drink yours within the comfortable surroundings of the kitchen. We've got you covered! Take it with sugar? Cream? Flavored? We'll provide it to suit your personal preferences, because we know everyone has one when it comes to coffee! Tired of eating out? The kitchen is stocked with your cooking essentials, but if we're going to be honest, you have to try the local Buffalo pizza joints. We rival Chicago and New York when it comes to pizza! Not feeling like going out for pizza? Just order in and serve it in the kitchen!

Bathroom: Take a bath or shower in the immaculate bathroom. Forgot your lotion, soap, shampoo, or conditioner? We've got you covered! We provide some of the essential amenities, so go ahead and leave those 3.4 oz. bottles behind, because TSA won't stop you for liquids this time!

Other: Shelter your car from the elements, and park it in our two-car garage. Guest parking is located on the left side of the garage either in front of the door or inside.
We understand that its a necessity to pack light to save on extra traveling expenses. Don't fret that you only brought two pairs of jeans--a washer and dryer are also provided for guest use in the basement of the home, so don't hesitate to use them!
Though we respond to texts and phone calls, you may also knock on our door downstairs if you need anything else! We have a friendly well-trained ESA dog, so don't be alarmed when we occasionally take her outside.

The amount of my interaction with you is up to you! We do live downstairs and unless we are at work we most likely will be at home, but you can always message us.
