Our home is located in a beachy, family-friendly neighborhood with tons of activities to do! The beach is right across the street and there is a boardwalk at the end of our street which connects to a national state park. Summary: We had a good time at this property! Great location, across the street from the private beach which was fine for a bunch of little kids, and a short walk to a bigger public beach and near a nice downtown area. Sand definitely accumulates quickly, outdoor faucet would be helpful, but otherwise no issues with cleanliness, beds were comfortable, and each unit has a washer and dryer to keep towels cycling my through. Was ok size for 3 small families (1 or 2 little kids each), a bit snug. Overall a good value for a pseudo beach house.
