The ' Distillery District ', Berkeley Event Venue and Eaton Centre are well within walking distance, but public transportation is also only steps away!
This is a fully renovated downtown house with all new furniture, including beds and 100% cotton bedding. See pictures. Consists of 7 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and 1 powder room on main floor house with 2 parking spots at the backyard.

Master bedroom with a California king size bed and ensuite bathroom, second bedroom with queen size bed, third bedrooms with a double size bed, another bathroom on the second floor. A small bedroom and an open bedroom on the third floor loft has 4 single beds. A bedroom with a double size bed and an open bedroom with a double size Canopy bed adds to the coziness while you share a large bathroom on the lower floor. Two double size futons in the TV room could sleep four if they want to be alone or just stay up late watching Netflix movies on the new TV.
