The studio is located upstairs within the main property. The property only has studio apartments throughout. You only shared the Laundry with other studios.

You have private access to your studio and bathroom and the communal Laundry which is downstairs.
Other things to note
- Private Parking is available at the rear of the property. There are 4 spots and work on a first in , first served basis.
If you intend to park, please provide your registration number so we are aware your car belongs to the property and has the right to park there.
There is also parking available on the street but it has limitations so you must check signs.
- Laundry is located at the rear and and shared with other guests from other studios. Commercial Machines coin operated, very cheap $2 - $4 aud.
- No oil, salt, pepper and any kind of food is provided
- Toilet paper is only provided upon check in as a courtesy. Same for bags, sponges, soap and dishwashing liquid. Cleaning equipment is basic.
- Towels and linen are provided however service for changing linen or washing linen during the stay is not included.
