Guests have private access to the entire condo and one reserved garage parking space. The unit is on the second floor and guests have access to the elevator or they can take the stairs to the unit.
The condo is a less than a two mile drive to Oceanside Pier and downtown Oceanside dining.
This condo does not have air conditioning, but has a wonderful ocean breeze to cool off the unit in the summer months. The condo is on the second floor and there is a condo above this condo on the third floor. Guests may hear footsteps from condo above during their stay. The condo is not child proofed and it is the guest's responsibility to child proof the condo. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to make sure the condo is safe for the guest's children and any other children that may occupy the condo during guest's stay.
