Lovely open fields with cattle grazing. 3 small brooks. Very quiet and peaceful.
Small fire pit. TV and WiFi through the local phone company.
Nice 1950 kitchen with wall oven, dishwasher and stove top. Coffee maker and microwave.

Summary: The home had a charming country feel and was very welcoming. Check-in was smooth once we received the lockbox code. However, we initially had trouble reaching the owner due to limited cell service in the area, which delayed our access. Once we connected and got the code, entering the house was easy. The house was clean, with a well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms, and the front porch was a beautiful spot to relax. The Wi-Fi worked well, and our dogs loved running around the spacious yard. The only downside was the heat during an unusually warm stretch—although the nights were cooler and fans were provided, the house didn’t cool down as much as we’d hoped. A few window fans might have helped.
