Positive: The location of the apartment was excellent! Shops are literally in front of and beside the apartment door. The train station isn't far. The location is central and easy to get to tourist attractions . The apartment was very clean and major amenities needed in the kitchen were there.I enjoyed cooking on the modern stove. The shower was really pretty and wc and shower looked brand new.

Negative: 1. It would be nice for management to note that not all the guests who rent their apartment live in the UK or are used to living in the UK. I had heavy suitcases with me when I arrived and it took me a while to locate front the door.This was quite stressful for me. They should give a better / detailed description of where the taxi can drop one off . There is a truck shop directly opposite the door. You will miss the door number if you are in a car. 2.I was told that I could leave the trash in front of my door and that it would be disposed off. Nobody did for 2 days. When I reminded then, I was told to go down the street to get rid of it myself. 3. There was only one bin liner, in the apartment and when I asked whether I could get another I was told that someone would bring some.for me and when i asked a second time I was informed that whatever I saw in the apartment was what was available.I was upset about this and told whoever I was chatting with that it was only 1 pound to buy a pack of bin liners ,but the principle of telling that it would be provided and then at another point telling me literally not to expect anymore is wrong! 4. Their rules state that you can't bring in gueats- they were magnanimous to grant me permission to allow guests as I promised that they wouldn't be noisy. I think the policy of no guests should be included on the booking.com ,so people can decide whether this works for them or not and not after payment or on moving in. 5.A fan or air conditioning would be great in the apartment during the heat of summer.
