Our house with large garden (600 sqm) is located directly in Frankfurt am Main, district Goldstein (Schwanheim), in a quiet, idyllic location about 3 minutes walk (0.2 km) from the forest and tram stop. The guest room area is located in a self-contained unit in the house otherwise only used by the landlord.
The airport is conveniently located (about 8 km 10 minutes / car, 20 minutes / public transport), main train station (about 7 km 15 minutes / car, 15 minutes / public transport) the fairground (about 8 km 10 min / 28 Min.öNV) as well as the city center (approx. 8 km 18 min. A / 20 min.öNV).
Your guest area:
The guest area is located in the 1st. Floor and consists of a larger guest room (16 sqm), a smaller guest room (10 sqm), daylight bathroom with shower (5.5 sqm) and the hallway area (5.5 sqm). Both guest rooms share a bathroom.
The rooms are bright and friendly, the furniture is made of pine solid wood. All beds are full beds. The windows are all equipped with insect screens and outside blinds.
In the larger guest room there are 2 single beds, table, chairs, wardrobe, LCD satellite TV, DVD player. On special request, another bed can be provided.
The small guest room also has 1-2 single beds, wardrobe, table and chairs. An LCD satellite TV with DVD player is also available.
In the hallway there is an information area to attractions, restaurants, shops and public transport. City maps, traffic plans, etc. are also available.
The open guest kitchen (fitted kitchen) is a few steps outside the guest area. This is reached via a landlord also used hall and is available to you after instruction. (Refrigerator, two-plate stove, hood, sink, toaster, microwave with oven function, kettle, filter coffee machine, coffee-pad machine, dishes).
The well-kept, idyllic garden area with pond and stream invite you to relax. A separate sitting area for our guests is available.
Smoking is allowed outside, no smoking in the house. No pets allowed.
Generally, the rental is done without breakfast.
A deposit will be given upon presentation of a passport upon arrival (passport or identity card).
Note: As of 01. 01. 2018 the city of Frankfurt will charge a tourism fee of 2 € per day and person for booked nights for non-business trips. This contribution is to be paid separately.
