Riverside Hideaway in Sunny Lyn Holiday Park, Lynton is a gorgeous 2 bedroom riverside lodge with hot tub nestled in the woods within Exmoor National Park. It's a romantic setting tucked away & overlooking the West Lyn River but you're only 15 minutes walk to Lynton Town Centre with a fantastic range of pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops. The lodge is also just 20 minutes walk from Lynmouth harbour & beach with a further range of restaurants, pubs, shops etc. You'll have free parking onsite but you may not need your car for the duration of your stay!
There are loads of very spectacular walks in the area - river, Exmoor, coastal & woodland walks. Julia Bradbury featured two of these walks, the Watersmeet walk & the Valley of Rocks walks on Britains Best Walks which aired on ITV. Both these walks can start from the lodge and can be done in a few hours!
With the fantastic array of restaurants locally you could eat out every day of your stay but there is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook indoors should you wish to have an evening in enjoying the hot tub.

Summary: We had a fabulous stay in this lodge, perfect private location by the river, very peaceful, yet just a short stroll into Lynton (uphill). All the staff are warm , welcoming and friendly and the hot tub after a days walking just hits the spot. plenty of walks and places to explore.
