Summary: Lovely staff who were very helpful. There was a free coffee machine for use by reception which was a nice touch. The room was clean and spacious, however I wasnt keen on the location - we had a ground floor room that had large patio style windows which was right by the back entrance. I felt very self concious about the steady stream of people walking by and felt I had to keep the curtains closed. The fire alarm also randomly went off one morning. Lastly, the TV had the screen saver image burned into the screen, which could be seen while watching other channels, not a huge problem but irritating once you notice it. I will re state though that the staff couldnt have been more helpful.
