Summary: We found the apartment quite easily with instruction from the owner. - about 40 mins from Stromness. It was quite comfortable but we were always conscious of the white carpet in the living space and bedroom. We had stayed on the island before and enjoyed many of the activities and visits again. (Ring of Brodgar, Marwick Head, The causeway down to South Ronaldsay, st Magnus cathedral and lots of birdwatching). Distances from the apartment are quite manageable but we think that Finnstown, our previous base was a more convenient.Thanks to Richard and Janet the owners
