Positive: Recently refurbished. Lovely bathroom. Cosy. Off street parking. Easy walk to local amenities. Helpful, friendly staff.

Negative: My room was small. Could do with better blinds/curtains especially on ground floor. Breakfast doesn't start till 8am even on weekdays.
