Positive: Some other hosts could learn a lot from Sea View's owners - they definitely go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and "at home": a cream tea, fresh flowers, dog biscuits and lots of board games, as well as children's books and toys. The place was absolutely spotless and well-equipped, right down to the little bottles of body wash and shampoo. Everybody in our group said they slept well, thanks to very comfy beds (even the bunks!). The view is wonderful, especially at sunrise, and we had no trouble parking two cars. It's right on the coastal path, so ideal for walkers, and very close to a beautifully secluded bay (albeit down lots of steps) for swimmers. Yes, the house is a steep 10-minute walk back up from the Mevagissey harbour, but we were well aware of that from other reviews, and it burnt off some of the fish 'n' chip calories.
Negative: Having to leave!
