Positive: Great location near Angel Tube and King's Cross rail. Plenty of space, loads of towels provided and very clean. The kitchen was very well equipped, although we didnt cook at all. We had an issue with the boiler not working and they were very responsive even on a Saturday morning and got it fixed quickly for us.

Negative: There is a nasty smell in the apartment, like drains or similar, I suspect it has been flooded at some point and the smell is lingering. Also there are lots of dead leaves and bags of rubbish in the front garden which makes the place seem questionable. I was asked for ID, facial verification and a security deposit before I arrived which I thought might be a scam but it was fine. We could have done with clothes rails or shelves in more of the bedrooms as there was nowhere to put anything apart from our suitcases.

Summary: Nice apartment, great location.
