Our beautiful holiday home, in a modern style, is idyllically situated on the edge of the forest. It is located in a holiday home area.

It offers a cozy living room with a fireplace, a lovely kitchen with a complete household, and a small bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the cozy terrace you can enjoy nice mild summer evenings.
On cool days you can make yourself comfortable by the fireplace.

Our house has a size of about 60m² and can accommodate 2-3 people and a baby / toddler.

A wonderful place to relax and feel good.

Nearby is the Greifenbach reservoir, where you can experience a lot, such as swimming, pedal boating, playing mini golf and grinding minerals.
In summer, on the Greifenstein, on one of the most beautiful open-air stages, you can enjoy theater for young and old.
Furthermore, the Greifensteine and their surroundings offer wonderful hiking destinations such as the Röhrgraben, Stülpnerhöhle, Waldgeisterweg etc.
You can also visit many old visitor mines in the area all year round.

In winter when there is sufficient snow, cross-country skiers can access the cross-country ski run directly on foot.
For alpine skiers there is a ski area on the Fichtelberg (DE) or Keilberg (CZ).
During the Christmas season you can visit many wonderful Christmas markets, such as Annaberg.
A leisure pool with sauna is open for you in summer and winter.
