Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The house was very well located for access to the NEC. Lots of key amenities locally - restaurants, supermarkets etc. Plenty of space inside for dining and lounging. Good efficient response from owners. Very smooth checking in and out. Main bedroom spacious and very comfortable. Would stay again if accessing the NEC/Solihull/Birmingham.

Negative: I think the turnaround time between stays needs either to be slightly wider or for an additional cleaner to be used. The house was clearly cleaned but strange things had been missed (e.g. a cigarette tray in the garden stuffed with cigarette butts, freezer a little dirty etc.). Appliances are clearly well-used by people who stay here and I wonder if some of them need a bit of a refresh. There is nothing that would put me off staying here again but I would hope there is a plan to refurbish/refresh in order to maintain a high standard.
