Negative: We booked this property for three nights but needed to reduce the stay almost immediately after booking (within an hour). Although the booking was non-refundable, we politely asked if they could adjust the dates or offer a partial refund. Initially, they said they would check with management but didn’t think it would be possible. Later, they confirmed “no” and repeatedly referred us back to the original booking, stating everything was “clearly listed.” At the same time, they suggested booking direct next time for discounted rates, which felt contradictory given their lack of flexibility now. We asked again after checking out early and also requested confirmation of the deposit refund and an invoice for accounting. Communication was poor—emails were short and dismissive, phone calls were cut off, and even after providing the company email address, they asked who the invoice should be made out to, which felt unnecessarily drawn out. Overall, the tone came across as unhelpful and borderline rude. The property itself was okay but dated and a little tired—not dirty, but not as fresh as expected. Based on this experience and reading other reviews mentioning similar issues, I would recommend looking elsewhere for a property that values customer service and flexibility.
