4 Bedroom House in Mattituck

This home has everything you want in a rental. Enjoy the beauty of the North Fork in the newly renovated back yard w/water views and stunning sunsets. Cool off in the heated pool (open from May 14th until early October) with automated cover (for safety), patio w/dining for 10, lounge chairs and soft seating furniture. There is a gas BBQ and plenty of umbrellas for those who do not want direct sun. The yard also has waters edge seating, a fire pit and large lawn for playing. At the end of a day of swimming take a shower in the outdoor shower. Indoors this house is comfortably laid out and has plenty of room to relax with a fully stocked kitchen, dining room for 8-10 people, breakfast room overlooking the water, family room w/large sofa, TV and play space, powder room, and separated Living Room/Den w/queen size pull out sofa and doors for privacy (this room can serve as an extra bedroom to sleep 2). Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master suite has a queen bed and an en suite bathroom and sweeping views of James Creek. Bedroom #2 has a king bed and a crib. Bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds (one is a trundle) and Bedroom #4 has bunkbeds - double bed with twin on top. The basement was recently renovated w/new lighting, wall to wall carpet, and a foos ball and ping pong table. Its a great place to hang when you want a break from the sun with direct access to the backyard. We also have all amenities for young children including a crib, pack and play and high chair. The house comes with lots of toys and games and books for young children. Its only a 10 minute walk to a private local beach, or short drive to many of the beaches on both the north and south side of the fork. Our house is only a 3 minute drive to the LIRR and the Jitney stop in Mattituck as well as Mattituck Mall which has conveniences like restaurants, movie theater, wine store and super market. And dont forget the vineyards and breweries which are just a short drive away. We hope you love our home as much as we do!

Summary: We were able to stay as 4 adults and 4 kids at this house with no issue. The host was responsive, the house was clean and we all had a great time. Great location on the north fork, highly recommend!!
