Positive: The apartment was clean. Easy to reach from the airport, and the check-in instructions were clear

Negative: Unfortunately, our stay was not satisfactory. We had booked the apartment for one night, but due to a flight rescheduling, we arrived at around 3:00 a.m. Communication with the host was difficult at that time, and we did not receive a response until approximately 10:00 a.m. There was also no support service available in the building. The main room did not have a standard air conditioner and instead relied an exhaust extension. We eventually managed to operate it ourselves—with help from ChatGPT—as nobody was available to assist us. Since our departure flight had been delayed until the evening, we asked to extend our stay by two hours. However, the late check-out charge was too expensive, so we decided against it. We then asked whether we could leave our luggage somewhere in the building or at the shop inside the building, but our request was refused. When we asked for alternative luggage-storage options, the response was simply, “We don’t know.” We therefore had to carry our luggage around the city until it was time to go to the airport. To be fair, the apartment was clean. However, the kitchen equipment was very limited, and there was a note asking guests to count the four forks, knives, and dishes, which did not feel particularly welcoming. Overall, it was not a pleasant stay, and we were disappointed by the lack of support and the way our requests were handled. Personally, I would not stay here again, and I hope future guests receive more helpful and considerate treatment.
