The outdoor space features a large heated pool with a waterfall, shaded outdoor space with lounge chairs and dining table, miniature golf, BBQ grill, umbrellas and it is filled with beautiful plants that give great shade and vibrant colors. The backyard is beautifully lit at night with gorgeous ambiance lighting.
Inside you will find the 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms all recently renovated. There are a total of 6 beds at the property: 1 king size bed, 3 queen size beds and 2 twin beds.
The entrance living area features high ceilings, large open windows and spacious living.
The living room behind the kitchen also holds a 75'" TV, bar area with a wine fridge, sink and seating and a Popcorn machine.
The living rooms include comfortable sofas and large chairs, a large Roku TV and a fully equipped bar with seating!
You'll also be able to enjoy meals in the modern formal dining area that can seat 10 or at the dining table located in the kitchen.
The modern kitchen is newly renovated with high end stainless steel appliances and a dining area by the fireplace. A blender, toaster, and coffee maker are provided. Stovetop, oven and microwave are available for cooking. You will also find a double sink and dishwasher.

We ask that you remain respectful and keep the noise down, specifically in the backyard. Per city code, quiet hours begin at 9 p.m. daily. The neighbors will contact the authorities if there are any disturbances.

Upon arrival, you have 24 hours to check the house and report any maintenance concerns you have so we may address them as soon as possible.
• Smoking is not allowed in the rental, and there is a $500 fee for the violation of the house rules.
• If any property is damaged or missing after your departure you will be charged for the value of the item.
• Mailbox access is NOT provided. Guests may order packages through the post office or lockers.
• Early check-ins are subject to availability for an additional fee and not guaranteed until the day of your arrival.
• Daily housekeeping is not included, but additional items (towels, sheets, shampoo, etc.) can be provided free of charge upon request. Please note all items are subject to availability. Deliveries are between 11am and 8pm.
• There is a NoiseAware device installed in the home. This is not a listening or recording device. This device will simply notify StripViewSuites if the noise level goes above a certain volume. This device is for home security and for the consideration of the neighborhood. If there is a noise complaint guests may be asked to immediately vacate the property and no refund will be issued. Please do not touch the devices. This is a violation of the house rules.
• There are Ring Surveillance cameras on the outside of the property. Ring surveillance is only used for security purposes. Surveillance is not used inside of the property. Devices are located at the front door and backyard. Please do not touch the devices. This is a violation of the house rules.
• This home is monitored 24 hours by AV security company. Security monitors the noise sensors and cameras to ensure the safety of our guests and neighbors.
