The cottage sleeps eight people in four bedrooms over two levels, all with en suite bath or shower room. On the middle floor is an open plan living space with seating area with wood burning stove, dining area and kitchen. Outside is a big patio with barbecue and a private lawn, as well as shared use of an indoor swimming pool, play area and games room, as well as the 300 acre farm to wander. With great facilities, Swallows Reach is a fantastic place for families to enjoy a fun and active holiday in Devon.
