Positive: The reception area and the villas are new and clean. The bar is decent, and the breakfast was satisfactory with a reasonable choice of food.

Negative: The spa was very disappointing and, in my opinion, the hotel should not market itself as a spa hotel. There is no proper relaxation area. The indoor pool area is noisy, smells strongly of chlorine, and most loungers were occupied by unattended towels. The outdoor area has some potential, but the adults-only pool is only waist-deep. In addition, we were surprised to learn that the villas are apparently not treated as part of a 5-star hotel experience. Bathrobes are available for extra charge, there were no slippers provided, and no spa bag in the room. When the weather is poor, there is very little to do. Having stayed at several spa hotels before, I expected a much better and more relaxing experience.
