*PLEASE NOTE: We have a self check in process where our keys are kept at the Carnegie IGA Plus Liquor (18-20 Woorayl St.) which is about 1 km away. Apologies about the distance of the self check in key location but this was the safest and most secure place to keep the keys. Please be sure to plan accordingly.
** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
