Positive: A good sized ground floor room with a large, clean, comfortable bed. Room had a TV. Bathroom was clean and everything worked. Location is tranquil. Host is unobtrusive. Kitchen facilities enable simple breakfasts and evening meals to be prepared.

Negative: Nothing to „not like“ as such, but be aware that you’ll need to bring your own tea, coffee, milk and any provisions to make your own meals. The only missing utensils were a cafetière and a tea pot.
