Positive: Lovely property with everything you need. Off road parking and walking distance to the beach and nice pubs for dinner. Short car journey to the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: Excellent comfortable cottage, and dog friendly too.
