Summary: This was perfect spot for a wedding event I was attending at Estelle. They had bottle of wine and extras of soaps and towels and pillows. The only thing unusual to me (having stayed in dozens of VRBOs over the years) is that they have a super fancy coffee maker and no instant coffee or little packet off coffee or 1-2 pods to use. Motels hotels and every other VRBO alive ever stayed in has a small stash of basic coffee. It was incongruent with the price of the stay and the very nice extras listed above. It’s really simple and not expensive to have a little coffee there. Is not fancy to have / is a basic component like soap or towels. Cost of individual instant coffee Folgers grocery store is minimal. Cost of a couple of Pods also minimal. I’ve never stayed anywhere that didn’t have tiny coffee available for 1-2 people. It’s a simple thing. There aren’t grocery stores in walking distance. I found ground coffee in the neighborhood about ten minute walk away and bought a large bag. Other than the coffee issue - it was a nice place to stay for two nights.
