Situated on a smart street of Victorian homes, there is a small front garden with a black gate at the entrance to this house. The hallway is dazzling, with an array of lighting and a glass panelled wall that looks through to the living area, on the right-hand side. LIVING ROOM This living area is spacious, with a minimalist style fireplace, lots of framed pictures and decorative ornaments and a seating area. This comprises a corner sofa, coffee table and a television on the wall opposite. WC On the ground floor, there is a WC and basin for convenience. The basin is wooden and circular, with an ornate wooden mirror above. KITCHEN & DINING ROOM The open-plan kitchen and dining room is spacious and light, with sliding doors at the far end leading to the garden beyond. The kitchen includes a large kitchen island, with barstools. It is fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay, including an induction hob. The dining area includes a table and surrounding chairs, with a candy coloured striped bench as well. On the walls behind, bold artwork hangs. Opposite the table, there is a leather sofa and armchair. Through the black sliding doors, to the garden. GARDEN The courtyard garden is mainly focused around the large horseshoe-shaped seating area in the centre of the space, with a table in the centre. The expansive sofa is surrounded by plants and flowers. A secluded spot for relaxing outside. FIRST BEDROOM Downstairs on the lower ground floor, to the first bedroom. This room includes a King-size bed in the centre, with quilted mustard-coloured headboard. Opposite the bed, there is a television and artwork on the walls. By the French doors, there is an armchair and window seat. The doors lead out to a small courtyard at the front of the property (with stairs to the ground level). This room also includes a wardrobe, full-length mirror and an en-suite bathroom. EN SUITE A sleek, contemporary bathroom with a walk-in shower, circular basin and WC. BATHROOM In mosaic blue, this bathroom includes a circular basin in graphite black, a walk-in shower and WC. GYM There is a petite home gym, with a cross-trainer, weights bench and floor-mats. UTILITY ROOM The utility room can also be found on this floor, with a washing machine, tumble dryer and basin. CINEMA ROOM A cosy and relaxing space, with a wall of films and opposite, framed film posters. There is a projector above the large leather corner sofa, which can be controlled from an iPad. There is also a small bar in this room, with barstools. The wall is decorated in an array of colourful picture frames. Upstairs on the first floor of the house, to further bedrooms. MASTER BEDROOM An expansive master bedroom, with a Super-king size bed, with chic framed pictures on the wall above. Opposite the bed, is a wall-mounted television. From the tall windows, there are views to the garden below. This room also has a luxurious walk-in wardrobe. MASTER EN-SUITE The en suite bathroom has an opulent feel, with a large freestanding bath in the centre, double basins, mirror, WC and walk-in shower. The white fittings contrast with the black tiling beautifully. NURSERY The nursery room includes a cot, for a child of up to 5 years. This room also includes an armchair, bookcase and toys, as well as an en suite bathroom. A temporary single bed can be used in this room as well, if required. EN SUITE The en suite bathroom comprises a circular basin, WC, mirror and bath, with overhead shower. STUDY On the top floor of the house, is the study.
