Appliances are either brand new or only a couple years old. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed and one with a full and twin, full size bath. Downstairs, living room with gas fireplace, dining room, loft and full size sofa bed, along with full kitchen, 3/4 bath and laundry room. Garage has been converted into a screened in game room for both children and adults with darts, full size ping pong table, air hockey, mini fridge and table and chairs. The deck has a grill along with chairs and table. Boat dock available upon request.
