Positive: We liked our stay! The central location in Marburg’s Altstadt was perfect—everything was within walking distance. The furnishings were comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully arranged, making the space feel both cozy and versatile. Most of all, the experience with the owner was exceptional—welcoming, helpful, and made our stay better.

Negative: When we first arrived, there was a noticeable damp smell, likely due to the historic building’s location on the edge of Marburg’s old city, where moisture can naturally collect. At first, it was a bit off-putting—my wife even considered turning around—but thankfully we stayed. Once we settled in and opened the windows, the charm and comfort of the space quickly won us over. It ended up being a wonderful experience that we’re glad we didn’t miss.
