Summary: Customer service is excellent. Reception was very patient with my poor German language skills and switched over to English to make things easier for me. Provided all the information I needed about the hotel and surrounding area. The hotel is basic but clean and well maintained. I would stay there again and will recommend Travel24 to my friends.
