Positive: We've enjoyed the location of this property, which was very convenient.

Negative: However, the property itself is in urgent need of refurbishment. The tiles on the ground floor are in poor condition and detract from the overall appearance. In the main bedroom, the bathroom sink was blocked throughout our stay. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and caused us to have body aches. For families with children, it's important to note that the pond in the garden is not fenced or protected, posing a significant safety risk. Additionally, our packed luggage was torn apart by a dog that came onto the property, which was an unexpected and unpleasant surprise.
