In the quiet residential area you are awakened at most by the birdsong and can relax well. You can use about 500 square meters of the almost 2000 square meters of land as a private garden.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a recently completed new building and is aligned to the south side. Oak windows with triple glazing and real wood parquet in the bedroom provide a natural sense of living. The other rooms are equipped with high quality Italian tiles.
