Valletort Cottage is a cosy cottage set over two floors, a stone's throw from the beach. Sea views from the kitchen and close to a selection of great pubs and restaurants.
The ground floor provides a generously sized double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and two windows looking out onto the corner of Market and Garrett Street. The bathroom is situated next to the bedroom with a shower over the bath, basin and W/C.
From the lobby, the staircase leads directly up to the open-plan living room and kitchen, with beamed ceilings adding character and charm to the light open space. There is also a lovely view of the sea from the kitchen window.
Location
The Cottage is situated just yards from the beach in the picturesque village of Kingsand, ideally situated with easy access to all the village amenities and a perfect base for walking and touring this forgotten corner of South East Cornwall.
Parking
The historic village does not have private parking; however, the public pay and display carpark is just a one minute walk away from the property.
Additional information
Clean linen and towels will be provided within the total price.
(Please bring your own beach towels).
The property has Wi-Fi.
One well behaved dog welcome for an additional £20.00 fee.
Valletort Cottage operates a Saturday – Saturday changeover.

“This is a really good base on the Rame Peninsula. It’s got all amenities and is close to good walks and pubs. We enjoyed trips to Rame Head, Millbrook and Cremyll. The cottage is right next to the sea, and is in the centre of Kingsand. The Spar shop is just up the road.”

“Great little space with everything you need. Comfortable, clean and great location. We love the area so much! Just steps from a nice pebbly beach, with clear water. We rented Kayaks in the morning from Cawsand beach and spent some afternoons on Kingsand Beach. Great pubs nearby with good food.”
