Positive: The property is amazing, the views are spectacular, the rooms were outstanding.

Negative: The problem with advertising LUXURY VILLA is that you expect everything to be just that. Our group was more than happy with the rooms, views, beds etc. However it was all the little things that detracted from the LUXURY. I am pointing these out so that the Owner can hopefully resolve these for future, as we would certainly love to come back as a group. They were in no particular order - 1. There was no remote to be found for the TV in the main Lounge. 2. The outside lights on the decking were not working. 3. There was numerous bulbs out within the inside of the property. 4. I had to call the Owner to let him know that we did not have enough cutlery for our group (he did send send someone round but this should not be an issue) 5. Not enough plates for a large group to be staying, we had to use the dishwasher each time after every meal. 6. Chipped cups. 7. Not enough of types of glasses, ie., enough Prosecco/Cava glasses but not enough wine glasses 8. Hot tub was not ready for our arrival and took a day to heat up All of these things were very minor it all adds up to not being LUXURY. It did not detract from our holiday.
