3 Bedroom House in Bullay

Our lovingly renovated villa stands in an wonderfully quiet location high above the Moselle with a view of the river, vineyards, and Arras Castle.
We have decided to rent our villa because we would like to share our love for beautiful living, wellness, good food, excellent wines and extensive hikes in spectacular nature and scenery with like-minded guests.
Enjoy relaxing or challenging hikes through vineyards and both the Eifel and Hunsrück mountain ranges. The Moselsteig Trail practically runs past our house. You can reach Ediger-Eller by train in 5 minutes and climb the steepest vineyard in Europe via the Calmont via ferrata. Visit the castles Arras and Marienburg. You will find excellent winegrowers just around the corner, for instance in Bremm, Zell-Merl, and Pünderich.
You enter our villa through the main entrance. Here, the wonderful view of the valley unfolds from the hallway. The hall, living room, dining room, and kitchen form one unit on the ground floor. Large windows and doors create light-flooded rooms with magnificent views at all times. From the living and dining rooms you are led through to the large balcony. Ample shade from the midday sun ensures a pleasant indoor climate in summer, and a large glass-fronted fireplace is available for cooler days. Also on the ground floor sits a beautiful, spacious bedroom with a new organically-sourced bed and a desk. A baby cot is available as well. The accompanying new shower room (bathroom 1) can be reached through the hall. The entire ground floor is barrier-free (note there is one step in front of the main front door).
A large staircase leads to the gallery. We use this as a second lounge in addition to the living room. From the gallery you can reach both the master bedroom (with a new organically-sourced bed and access to two loggias) and the somewhat smaller but very cozy bedroom 3 (also with access to a loggia). In bedroom 3, there are two single beds which can be pushed together to form a double bed. A master bathroom with a bathtub belongs to the master bedroom, and the newly renovated beautiful shower room 3 adjoins bedroom 3. The entire upper floor has real wood floors.
The path through the gallery also leads to the newly built wellness area. A large folding door connects it to the terrace and the adjacent sauna. Spend a few hours here, enjoy the panoramic view from the sauna with floor-to-ceiling windows, and relax. You will be delighted. For the restless, there is a handy elliptical cross trainer available.
With 290m² of living space, our guests have access to the entire ground and upper floors. Basement and garden are permanently rented.
Our house has a parking space and a garage with 11kW wall box (please register in advance if required).

Summary: Great villa with an amazing view, and includes everything you need for a relaxing stay. Spacious rooms, very clean, extensive kitchen amenities (and great quality). We would like to return in the future.
